NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

HOW TO USE

Non-Caffeinated (Raspberry & Caramel Biscuit):

Take 1 gel around 15 minutes before exercise.
During training or competition, consume 1 gel every 30–45 minutes, depending on your intensity, duration, and body size.

Caffeinated (Green Apple):

Take 1 caffeinated gel 15 minutes before exercise.
Limit to no more than 2 caffeinated gels in 3–4 hours.
Do not exceed 5 gels total in 24 hours.

Always consume with water and adjust intake to your personal fuelling plan, weather conditions, and activity level.
